Orders are shipped via ACS Courier, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Please note that during peak periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas or Easter, delivery times may be longer.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns for products purchased directly from our website www.candlea.gr.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send us an email at info@candlea.gr within 14 days of receiving your order, including your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
- Ensure the product is unused and returned in the same condition as you received it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards.
Product Exchanges
The quickest and easiest way to exchange a product is to return it to us. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the items you wish to purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will notify you promptly about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
- Please note that bank processing times may occasionally cause delays.
